On May 14 2026, the Austin Theatre Critics Awards announced their nominees for the 2025-2026 season for the Austin area. THE LAST SEANCE OF HARRY HOUDINI, written by Trace Turner & Cynthia Reifsteck, was nominated for Outstanding Original Script alongside some other incredible local playwrights in Austin.
